2013. The year is about to close. Isn't is too fast? But we always come to face it no matter how slow and no matter how fast.
It's about time for the year-end award ceremonies.

The 2013 Melon Music Awards has been concluded last November 14, 2013 at Olympic Gymnastic Arena in Soul. The Melon Music Awards is a major music awards show that is held annually in South Korea organized by LEON Entertainment through its online music service Melon. It is known for only calculating digital sales and online votes to judge winners (Wikipedia, 2013).
One of the major awards of the said event is the DAESANG - ARTIST of the YEAR and for this year's Artist of the Year goes to *drum rolls* no other than my

I remember posting this few days ago on our FB group because I was taken aback by such fanaccount when I saw it on my twitter.
"A fan asked taemin if he thinks SHINee will win daesang this year and he said no . via : taemajesty trans. by bling_saur"
As a fan, it hurts me as to how pessimistic Taemin was when he answered the question but nevertheless, I actually can't blame him because maybe for the past few years, he has been hoping to receive such award but we (SHINee+SHINee World together) cannot make it. And yes, the question was answered by the MMA itself.
Awarding:
My knees are actually shaking when I read tweets about how the boys reacted when they heard they WON. That's right, I updated myself one day later after they received the award because I had to deal with my school works. For my goodness, I WANT TO BREAKDOWN l i t e r a l l y.

BIG YES! It seems like EVERY MONTH THEY HAVE TO RELEASE AN ALBUM MAKING US POOR BUT WHAT MATTERS ACTUALLY IS HOW THEY COPE UP WITH EVERYTHING ESPECIALLY WITH THEIR HEALTH. CRAZY ISN'T IT?!
AND THIS IS WHAT THEY TAUGHT US:

Number 1. They don't tell us they want this award and this they just do what they do - being the CDINee everyone admires.
2. SHINee is not the most popular group and they don't always win in music shows. In fact, they weren't able ...... WE WEREN'T able to give them trophy for WSS promotions. It hurts but they never complained. They never showed the sad face but instead they play with the confetti if their co-artist wins and even hug if the opponent wins. They smile despite the difficulties and even despite disappointments.
3. SHINee often receives criticisms. It sucks because the past months have been chaotic in a sense that I see people and even I see myself defending them from the words of the haters. Nonetheless, it is not always the case because sometimes, we shut our mouth and let the haters see how will SHINee prove them wrong. They actually did.
4. Giving up. This word does not exist in SHINee's dictionary.
5. Winning something or to be recognized, it is not ABRACADABRA. SHINee got it because of hardwork. From endless promotions, unimaginable itinerary, to the overwhelming number of guesting and concerts.
Maybe that's the reason why all of them cried when they received the award.
